Stress affects us spiritually, physically, emotionally, relationally, psychologically, and in just about every way imaginable. Job stress is the number one culprit for personal discomfort. The American Medical Association estimates that between 75% and 90% of all hospital/doctor visits can be traced to stress-related problems. Today, stress is an epidemic and a direct precursor to worry, anxiety, and depression.
